Temporary conical (cone type) strainers are fitted between flanges during commissioning and start-up to protect pumps, valves and instruments from debris in new pipelines. Available from DN 100 to DN 1600 and PN 10 to PN 63 (Class 150 to 400), in carbon steel, ductile iron, stainless steel and nickel aluminium bronze, with flanges to EN 1092-2, BS 4504, BS 10 and ANSI.
